Location was good. Short taxi ride from most places Breakfast and lunch was OK

Nice hotel
Close to the beach. Location was less crowded than San Antonio, which was good as I I had children with me. Getting around is easy. Reception staff are helpful. Air con is the best ever. Gives off a 4 star vibe.
Walls are super thin, you feel like the neighbour is in your room. Toilets make a flushing noise every 5 to 10 minutes alongside a weird giggle sound after you actually flush Showers are dangerous as the temperature fluctuates every few seconds and gets really hot. All inclusive isn't all inclusive as the drinks need a separate token.

Very Good
Staff were helpful, walking distance to bus stops for airport and ibiza old town, great entertainment during the day.
Not a lot of vegetarian options, which was disappointing as I booked all-inclusive. Interior of room was a little dated but clean and spacious.

Very Good
The room was spacious, quiet, and perfect for three people, including my parents who thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the hotel.
The hotel did not have any contingency plan. On our last day, the electricity went out, so there were no working lifts to bring the luggage downstairs, and there was no air con.
